Lightspeed has the absolute best support of all POS, eCom, and omnichannel providers. They have truly 24/7 phone support in addition to chat support during regular hours. If any of their support agents don't know the answer to your question they admit that and ask the best way to get in touch with you once they've been able to find the answer (usually maybe an hour later), but usually they can help you out immediately. Some of the features aren't perfect. The best example of this that has actually impacted me is the "Discount Rules" function in eCom. There is no way to make a deal valid to be used multiple times. For example, you have a buy 1, get 1 half off deal that you want to be able to be used for any quantity. There is currently no way for the customer to be able to add 6 of the applicable items to their order and get 3 of them half off. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
