The trainers will certainly take into account whatever you share, but you can't change the overall content of a module, to add something new, or skip something your staff have been through before, for example. This may be a pro and a con - they are the experts, and orgs deal with the same things generally even when it feels different. But it isn't always what we're looking for. I would recommend that Life Labs offer curated boosters to their clients based on the trainings that they've paid for to Cascade over the course of the year. While the trainings are sticky, humans always revert back to what's known and comfortable without having recurring reminders about the lesson content and how to use it.
