We needed a performance management training solution that provided our managers with theory and action-oriented tools in small doses of time that fit their schedule. We are a federal contractor with managers and supevisors working on various contracts in a mostly remote environment. LifeLabs is able to train on CORE Manager skills that are modern and relevant to manager interacton with their direct reports -- such as Coaching Skills, Feedback Skills, Productivity and Prioritization, Effective 1:1s and Managing Remote Employees.
