Lexbe eDiscovery Platform Pros and Cons

I really like how user friendly the program is Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have only been using the program for a short period of time so I have not come across any features I dislike Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our law firm has limited experience in cases which involve e-discovery from large datasets. These often involve a smaller entity or even an individual taking on a large company. Lexbe has been helpful to us in data collection in responding to discovery and reviewing documents obtained in discovery. We have some experience with other online programs. We find that they are not as user friendly, and they are separate from the e-discovery vendor that consults and collects the data. This leads to a breakdown in support. The level of customer service at Lexbe is truly superior. Fast to respond. Explanations are understandable and advice is practical and easy to implement. We couldn't be more pleased. I am hard pressed to find a drawback in Lexbe. I hope that it continues to find more widespread use because that will facilitate cooperation with other counsel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Lexbe is super easy to learn and use, and is an incredible value. Layout and user interface is much more straight forward than other more costly platforms. You will find ways to use Lexbe's document processing capabilities for other document and communications analyses not necessarily related to discovery. The upload process is so quick and easy and the cost is so reasonable Lexbe becomes a tool you will use almost every day. Once you gain proficiency with Lexbe you will be surprised with how quickly and accurately you can respond to any case research question an attorney might have.
