Lexbe has been the most user friendly of all of them and allows my paralegal to get productions done and organized very quickly. We find that they are not as user friendly, and they are separate from the e-discovery vendor that consults and collects the data. This leads to a breakdown in support. I can upload my documents when I need them and don't have to wait on a vendor. Lexbe is very easy to use and is much quicker than other databases I have used. It has the exact right amount of options and not a bunch of extras I don't need. The price is great too! **What do you dislike about Lexbe eDiscovery Platform?** Adobe fillable and electronically signed forms do not load in the viewer so we have had to convert them to load. Unfortunately, we can't always tell we have those documents in our data set until they fail to load. Having text searchability across pretty much all document formats allows for a high degree of targeted searching, which can then be organized into highly customized tags and folders. Cloud hosting means these documents can then be shared efficiently and readily, even among team members on the other side of the planet. **What do you dislike about Lexbe eDiscovery Platform?** The production features could be improved. When I can't figure something out, the Help pages are only a click away and are very clear in their application. The application support team and professional services group are very responsive, attentive and professional. **What do you dislike about Lexbe eDiscovery Platform?** There is not much to dislike, honestly. I came from a Relativity background, and Lexbe is extremely refreshing on all levels. **What problems is Lexbe eDiscovery Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am able to upload documents and set up reviews very quickly after we receive a document production from outside counsel. It has significantly cut down on delay time between receipt of a production and the time when the attorneys can start review. With Relativity, I was looking at a 48 to 36 hour delay in uploading before availability. Lexbe cuts this processing time significantly. ### 34.
