Connecting to Office365 was slick. Being able to pull in our profiles and setup groups based on security groups really made things easy for us. The ability to roll out via a deployable plugin by those same groups made for a very simple administrative process for us. The design ability of the signatures was quite easy to work with and make adjustments. They've really thought about every single feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only issue we had with our rollout process is that the add-in deployment method forced the signatures (yes ovb this is what we want) but it also didn't allow us to make adjustments per email. For example, lets say we adjusted the signature, then changed the recipients it would revert back. This same issue occurred when we were forwarding a highly formatted email, it would inject the signature mid-email. Not a massive showstopper but we did have to turn of signatures for a select few as a result. The team at lets sign it is amazing, and they are looking at ways to resolve this for us so I'd imagine this will no longer be an issue in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The best part about Letsignit is the employees. I had many questions in the early stages and throughout the setup process. I wanted to make this tool work for my teams, and the Letsignit staff was patient with my questions and took several calls to help troubleshoot. Ultimately, I got exactly what I was hoping for from the tool, and I couldn't be more grateful.

There have been a lot of significant updates happening with the tool, but it seems each time an update is made, it adversely affects a new area. For example, there was a disruption to people who had the Letsignit plugin but did not have a license to utilize the tool. It affected many people, and my IT team was overwhelmed with ticket inquiries. While this was not the intent, it did cause issues for people within my company.

- I got the info about an internal V2, but Letsignit had also informed me by email, + warning on the platform
- for setting up a new signature: proposals for new templates, logos better than the previous ones, possibility to customize as well
- the live tutorials are very well explained + videos which allowed me to take the time for each step of the setup with the new version
- a responsive/proactive customer service and perfect support, a lot of patience and teaching with the users, well done Kevin!!!!!

Being able to provide access to a standardized signature to the entire company quickly and to add marketing campaigns via the banners at the bottom of the signature. But also the customer service which is very present, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

L'outil est simple, il permet d'avoir une signature chartée pour toute l'entreprise, ce qui est un vrai plus et cela permet une uniformisation. L'image de l'entreprise est importante même à ce niveau car beaucoup d'échanges se font par mail. Et un autre avantage, pouvoir personnaliser des campagnes sous les signatures en quelques clics. Probably the best marketing signature tool available for a reasonable price. It contains all the features we need and you can customise the signature well enough in terms of design and users (whereas other tools can be quite limited). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The signature analytics is only available if you add the banner in the campaign module, which automatically places the banner to the bottom of the signature. In my case, i needed the banner to be in between text. So I manually added the banner as an image as part of the signature instead, which means i don't the analytics. That's the only downside I've encountered so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I LOVE the ability to be able to change signatures and ad campaigns at the eclick of a button. We often had issues with uniformity when it came to new signatures or new ad campaigns, so I am really loving the main functionality for this app. Thank you! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes the internal editing software can be a little clunky. It's still intuitive, it can just take a little bit of time to get used to. I do wish that the editor showed pixel by pixel sizes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
