What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM?

- The product is very intuitive and easy to use

- All the features you actually need, none of the marketing BS that other CRMs promise

- Single price point, very easy

- Customisations are very powerful, despite its simplicity it can be adapted to your particular circumstances very easily.

- The level of customer support is fantastic. They're a real team of people, you can ask them questions and they'll respond like real people.

What do you dislike about Less Annoying CRM?

- There was one (minor) feature that was missing - the ability to @ my colleagues; I mentioned it in a feedback form and got a response from the team acknowledging the gap and giving me a work-around (this is more of a positive I guess!) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM?

I like the simplistic design. So many CRM software systems contain way too much fluff and do not concentrate enough on what is important, which is customer data. What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM?

I run a small online business with the help of a remote, dispersed team, and LACRM has been a cornerstone of our operations for over 15 years. Unlike businesses with traditional "sales funnels," we rely heavily on long-term relationship-building. Our customers naturally come and go, as their need for our services is driven by external factors outside their control—and ours.

LACRM stands out because it’s not designed exclusively for "salesy" businesses. Instead, it accommodates our unique approach, staying out of our way while consistently delivering reliable performance. Features like robust export/import functionality and the ability to merge contacts and histories when needed have been invaluable.

What I particularly appreciate about LACRM is how their development priorities and values align with ours. Their system is customizable, but not excessively so, which keeps it intuitive and minimizes frustration. They focus on simplicity and functionality, a philosophy that keeps costs down for all of us while ensuring the tool remains effective. LACRM is proof that less can truly be more. What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM?

The ease of setting up and using is second to none. I have tried others. When you run into a problem, all you have to do is call and a live person will answer the phone. They are here in the US and will walk you through the fix. Very easy process without emailing or chatting back and forth. Their service is second to none. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM?

Ease of use. Ability to customize on your own. Very responsive customer support. It's great to be able to access our business information on the go every day during our job. It was really easy to set up and train others how to access information. Easy to run reports that are needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Less Annoying CRM?

Duplicate records- Only able to see 100 records to merge duplicates. We have many records for both spouses so it flags them as duplicate and limits our ability to see the whole list to sort our actual duplicates. While being secure at HIPAA compliant levels, it's not certified HIPAA compliant. This might limit some of the potential users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM?

LACRM has it all in one place. Your contacts, ways to categorize them, ways to take meeting notes and attached files. Ways to create your own pipelines!

I use it for each coaching engagement - for each client I just create a summary note and save. No more trying to find the file that I created - the work is all there! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM?

1) It is very simple and intuitive to use.

2) The customer support is, by far, the best of any other CRM I have used. It is also less needed than other CRMs.

3) It is easy to implement and integrates with other programs.

4) I use it every day.

5) Its price is fantastic!

What do you dislike about Less Annoying CRM?

The downside is the same as its upside. It is very simple and intuitive. It does not have the bells and whistles other CRMs have, which means it is easier to learn, but it also means it is not as powerful. It is a great basic CRM if you don't need the bells and whistles, or starter CRM to help you learn how to use a CRM.

What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM?

The interface is so clean and simple. There are clear and concise processes for anything you'd need from a basic CRM. I did free trials for around 10 of the leading CRMs and chose this one because I caught on to it immediately. There's no fluff or complicated extra options. What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM?

It does what is needed for a small consulting business easily and reliably.

But that's not the point. The key differentiator is the people. They are brilliant. It's a relationship business that wants to help you. I have zero interest in CRM. It's a tool that's it. But I do want to know how to use it to best effect and I want to know that efficiently. That's where LACRM is the best option. A person jumps on a call with you and helps you. That easy. I love it.
