I have been lucky enough to have been using Less Annoying CRM(LACRM) for 4 years. It offers our small business a lot for a very reasonable price.
1. It can be set up to send all your LACRM contacts to an iPhone.
2. Has lots of customization to collect the exact data you need.
3 Calendar integration.
4. Task lists and pipelines can all be color coded and customized.
5. Customizable dashboard is great. You can put the information you want onto your landing page with little ease.
6. Remote access from a phone and any other internet-connected pc.
I find it vital for my work and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a great CRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some integration issues. It does not have some of the connectivity that some of the high-end CRM's offer. That being said it offers 95% of what significantly more expensive CRM's offer.

I love the fact that I can customize LACRM to suit my particular reporting needs. Using this feature in combination with the Tasks feature, I've been able to keep on top of my marketing. Since I've been using LACRM, my income has more than doubled. I attribute that to having the tool keep me on top of my marketing. I no longer lose emails with important information. There's really nothing to dislike that I've found, and I've been using LACRM for more than a year. If there's anything I could change, though, it would be the look of it. Ease of use. We invesigated and trialed various different CRM systems, most of which could do what we wanted but always involved a lot of work to get up and running.

Pricing and service far exceed anything I've used. LACRM squashes the financial industry CRM I used and does it at about 1/10th the price. Exceptional value! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have yet to discover anything I dislike. I wish LACRM were directly compatible with iCloud. Life ain't perfect. LACRM is close. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We have a water treatment business and have been using Less Annoying CRM for over six years. It is “hands down” the best CRM product I have ever used. It does everything we need and more. We find it very intuitive to use, and it allows us to stay on top of our customers and projects. With emails, notes, documents and history all associated with a contact and company, it is easy to keep on top of our daily communications with our clients. Follow-ups and reminders are a breeze to set up.
In my opinion, the most valuable aspect of Less Annoying CRM is their customer support. In today’s world, speaking with a knowledgeable support person is getting harder and harder. With Less Annoying, if they don’t answer the phone when you call, they return the call in a matter of minutes. You will be speaking with a person with intimate knowledge of the product.
The Less Annoying phone app is also beneficial. My entire client base is with me when I am away from the office. As you might guess, I couldn’t recommend Less Annoying CRM with anything but the most favorable terms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As advertised, fully customizable CRM without clutter. I tried some of the more expensive CRM's and my database was a mess with impertinent details, garbage and I spent more time cleaning junk than being productive. This literally takes all of that out.
