What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM?

I appreciated the video walkthroughs they provided during the free trial, so I could really see what I was getting into and if it would fit my needs (it did). Aside from being SUPER easy to learn and use, one of my favorite aspects is that I can separate my networking contacts/collaborations from my business leads. What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM?

What I like the best are:

a) no annual fee, just a simple monthly payment, and it is a reasonable price

b) LACRM helped me import my existing data

c) all the features match my needs for a small team of people, although I am sure larger teams are good

What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM?

The tracking facility is the most useful to me which I use as a 'reminder' to follow up after trade fairs and with existing customers Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've found no big downsides, the only possible negative is remebering every time I write a mail to a customer I'm tracking to include the my CRM mail address. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how simple Less Annoying CRM is to use.

I have used another CRM in the past which was very confusing and to be honest i hated using it.

I am so busy. I run two businesses a home and a family. Some days I dont know if I am coming or going. Less Annoying has helped me gain control of my work, managing enquires, tasks and bookings.
