For me, CRM allows you to organize your day. I can not worry and be confident in what tasks are ahead of me today, when they need to be decided, with whom I will communicate, with whom I meet today. A clear and easy-to-use interface allows you to add tasks with a few clicks, convenient reporting capabilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have a place to store anything I need to know about our contacts list. Also, I can see all of the notes, tasks, files and pipeline info connected to a contact. Quite a large price. We looked at cheaper analogs, and they cost less. But our management decided to choose Less Annoying CRM. I use the integration with Google Calendar, but I also wanted to be able to sync with Apple Calendar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Google contacts sync feature frequently causes duplicate contacts to appear. This is frustrating and when deleting the duplicates I never know if something is getting removed accidentally.
