Been with LACRM 6 years and am not going any where else: Consistently great, personalized service! from reps that care about people. These reps are also knowledgeable and anticipate needs. I also love the fact that in 6 years I have seen continual growth in the robustness of their CRM as well as integration!!!

What I used to dislike 6 years ago is no linger an issue because they already had it in their sites to correct.
I would like to see more data and group disgregation potential and ease.
Particularly with report generation.

Minor limitations on the mobile version compared to the full site is a little annoying. For instance, no link to the customer notes from the event page. Also, not being able to link texts to a customer in the same way you can with email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are several things I adore about this CRM.
