What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM?

Been with LACRM 6 years and am not going any where else: Consistently great, personalized service! from reps that care about people. These reps are also knowledgeable and anticipate needs. I also love the fact that in 6 years I have seen continual growth in the robustness of their CRM as well as integration!!!

What I used to dislike 6 years ago is no linger an issue because they already had it in their sites to correct.

I would like to see more data and group disgregation potential and ease.

Less Annoying is somewhere between an address book and an Excel spreadsheet. It helps keep your info organized and is able to produce reports, but if you're looking for something with extensive reporting capabilities, Less Annoying is essentially only able to give back to you what you provide it in the first place. Minor limitations on the mobile version compared to the full site is a little annoying. For instance, no link to the customer notes from the event page. Also, not being able to link texts to a customer in the same way you can with email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
