What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM?

Ease of setup and use. Great customer support - better than every other software product I use. The simplicity of LACRM - many CRM tools has far more features than most users will very need which makes products more expensive and more difficult to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Less Annoying CRM?

You need a good internet connection (high speed) for best results. When I work from home where my internet is unstable the product becomes unusable - slow and hangs up. Also looses unsaved updates. We have been using your solution since early summer and I want to let you know just how happy and impressed I am with both the solution, BUT especially your team. This CRM system is exactly that, less annoying! In an environment where products become more and more complex in an effort to compete for new customers, LACRM does exactly what you want simply, elegantly and with no fuss. What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM?

I love the email feature. I have an email address for each of my clients & when I email them from the CRM it automatically keeps a detailed record of what was discussed. I have never used a CRM before and someone recommended you to me. The introductory tutoring is incredible, thorough and so easy to navigate that a baby (like me) could do it.
