Less Annoying CRM is a great tool for our team to be able to keep track of which customer is being helped by which person. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I haven't found anything I don't like yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Love this CRM it works for everything i need plus some Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
there is nothing i really dislike, it's really helped me organize better than outlook ever did on it's own! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like best about LACRM is the ease of use. Every time I've tried a CRM it has been overwhelming and I gave up. This one is so easy and seamlessly integrated with my Gmail and Google Calendar that it's a tool I can't imagine being without. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I honestly can't think of any downsides. I mean even their pricing is reasonable and their customer service is awesome so what's there to dislike? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Features, ease of use, customer support, price Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Doesn't connect with my autoresponder (AWeber) unless I pay for something like Zapier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
For us, Less Annoying CRM is very intuitive and easy to use. Things I like best include the way that we can all sync our calendars to the CRM calendar giving us good visibility of all our schedules, easy email integration and the simple way we can add details to a customer or contact without having to fill out a lot of irrelevant boxes. The CRM is also easy to read on your smartphone which is useful when I’m out of the office. Easily the easiest and most useful CRM I have used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Unless it's already a current feature that I am not aware of, would be good if when you rang a number of a customer on your phone and that phone number was against a contact on the CRM, it automatically popped up with the contact details post call so you could add a note of the call. I like that it's easily customisable for a small business without needing in-house IT and it's super easy to set up and use. Customer support is rarely needed, but effective and responsive when it is! It integrates with google seamlessly, meaning that contacts entered on LACRM/mobile phone/computer are all shared. The remote access is super for our team who all work remotely. We use it multiples times a day to keep a track of clients and tasks, including those delegated to other team members. We've been using it for about 10 years now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I can't think of anything at the moment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love the fact LACRM creators understand both aspects of a great CRM. The first is what sales data IS needed, and the second is what data is NOT needed. When it comes down to it, the creation of the first CRM was designed to increase sales by reducing the time it takes to record data. Since then, some CRM creators like Salesforce, have forgot that concept and created CRMs that make sales rep spend less time selling, and more time recording sales data. Many call it "paralysis by analysis". That reverse concept make sales reps "slaves" to the CRM. Not Less Annoying CRM (LACRM). They get it! The LACRM understand what's most valuable, the sale, not the CRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It would be nice to have an assigned account rep at LACRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
After trying many other CRMs, we were very frustrated. They were either too expensive, too complicated to manage, designed for mega-corporations or focused on internet/social media marketing which is not our client demographic. Less Annoying CRM was the perfect fit. It is easy to use, has an email integration and was quickly adopted by all of our users. The company has been very responsive to any of our inquiries. The one thing that I wish worked differently was associating contacts with businesses. In our market, we have contacts who can belong to multiple clients. This can be done in Less Annoying, but the contact is not as readily visible when viewing the company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The software/system is intuitive and where we had any issue we found the online library was enough to help. Yet we still tried both phone and email support and each time we received a response inside of the hour if not in just a few minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing as of yet. This is a program meant for the rest of us, those not in need of full project management, just sales, lead tracking and integration into standard systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I barely needed the help section as it's pretty intuitive to use. That's a big plus.
Also the live support was excellent. They answered the phone in two seconds. I'm not used to reaching a live person so quickly! This tells me that they actually care about helping their customers.
So to the team at LACRM, thank you!
P.S. I like that Zapier has been added to LACRM. This will save me time later. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I'm still new to it, but so far I haven't found any downside.
If you need a ton of features in your CRM, this may not be for you. It's a simpler system, which is why I chose it. The "less is more" philosophy suits me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
