Less Annoying CRM helps us to keep track of our clients and contacts in a manner that is intuitive and easy. Implementation was quick, and has allowed us to better communicate within the office. We use Tasks to assign duties or ask for help within the office in a non-intrusive manner when something can be completed on a flexible timeline. Our calendars are always available for view. Gigs cannot transfer to new contact, this would be advantageous as sometimes gigs (events) stay the same but the contact person/company changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Having used some very 'big and expensive' CRM's in my corporate life this was very refreshing. Does what it says on the tin. Less annoying indeed.
