There are so many things:
1st and foremost, the customer service is second to none. What makes it so great is the people helping are extremely knowledgeable, they work the issue until resolution. There is seamless handoff between techs so the client is not explaining their issue each time someone new calls in.
Response to questions is always less than 24 hours if submitted by email.
The software itself it quite intuitive and easy to use. It is also highly customizable with just a few click.
Small to Medium businesses cannot, absolutely, cannot beat the price for the service and software provided.

Having used Salesforce for the past 8+ years at my previous company, Less Annoying CRM is providing us with a less expensive, more straightforward / simple product to track incoming leads and to house our sales prospect and customer data. I don't have any real issues with the platform. I think I did have some issues with attaching documents to a clients file but not sure if that wasn't operator error. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The fact that you will get someone to get back with you within a couple of hours is great. Also the fact you can customize it for your particular needs is great. I have shown this to friends who are using programs that are more expensive and have a steep learning curve and they wished they would have seen this before investing in the other programs. No real phone app. The screen-pinning option is inadequate.
