What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM?

This was on of the most user friendly and less intimidating CRM systems to set-up. Was able to roll it out to the team and have them up and running fast and efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM?

The interface is easy to use clear with excellent features, such as fully customizable pipes, robust calendar, groups, search, import and export, add users and assign permissions is easy. I love the event settings where you can receive a reminder text, customizable by you with minutes, hours or days before the event. I put all the appointments there and they always remind me of my commitments. Some of the clients and our first representative who helped us get started noted that we have grown as a company with the arrival of Less Annoying CRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Less Annoying CRM?

I wish I could save my email templates here but it integrates well with Gmail and that works well for us, so it's not a big deal. But those are relatively minor concerns and I think they are on the wish list for future integration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It allows me to keep track of clients, it reminds me of the tasks I need to do even I have a history of communications and actions with my clients that I can verify. There is support available online by email and by phone, if you have a challenge it is resolved quickly because there are a variety of other good things that this software can do that I do not use but others can be very useful. It helps me stay organized on top of the contacts and keeps track of the pending items that require some form of tracking, I was using a spreadsheet in the past and it was a nightmare, a less annoying CRM really improved my efficiency and allowed me to track My contacts and sales funnel in a way that was not possible before. What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM?

I've used a variety of CRM software over the past several years and I can honestly say that LACRM is heads and tales above the others. The software is easy to understand, simple to use, and the best part is the ability to customize to your individual needs. LACRM is there to assist you with suggestions or answers to questions you may have. They are always reaching out to their users looking for ways to improve and letting us know when they have seminars coming up. Oh, did I mention the customer service?
