Less Annoying is exceptionally easy to use, fast and straight forward. I especially like the fact that the learning curve is short. Less Annoying CRM is very easy to use and the update did not cause any disruption in getting used to it.

Support levels are excellent - I had some issues yesterday and Elle was very helpful and dealt with my problem very efficiently and I could not fault the service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The lack of historical notes when opening up a pipeline - this used to appear in the old version.

What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM?

The most helpful aspect of Less Annoying CRM is that it is Less Annoying. It is so intuitive that it truly makes my life easy. I feel spoiled. I have used very "sophisticated" CRMs for 20 years. I hated them, I hated training staff to use them, I hated paying the bills. I LOVE LESS ANNOYING CRM!!! Plus, the support is fantastic!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Less Annoying CRM?

The biggest drawback to Less Annoying is the lack of integration with LazerApp which is my forms program. Additionally, there is no dialing function in this CRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM?

It is very, very simple to use and that was what I needed. Too many of the other CRM's had long learning curves but I was looking to start running on the first day; that's why I chose Less Annoying CRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have worked for large multinational organizations with big and expensive and overbuilt CRM systems. Less Annoying CRM accommodates what is needed in a CRM and is simple and easy to use for the entire team. It's not a dislike, it is a bit of a annoyance, that being address fields are all US based, in a global world we should be able to choose out country (Canada) then have the address fields reflect Canadian fields. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Wide adoption by sales and service team, and everyone capturing notes. Never have I had the success we have (and I have coached sales teams across Canada from 10 to 150) that we experience with Less Annoying, it is simple, it has the key fields needed for a good CRM then does not have the other fields that are nice for some internal department but deter users from entering data.
