What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM?

Intuitive, appealing, simplicity, effective. What it means to do, it does exceptionally well. I came across the product while searching for a CRM for my business. Definitely not a fit for my business, as it lacks automations, workflows, etc... However, I thought it was such a great product that I purchased a seat for my personal use. What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM?

I've worked in software development for 20+ years and have never encountered such an intuitive and user-friendly application like LACRM. It was so easy to learn to use, required minimal training. It has provided instant business results for our sales team, who have nothing but positive things to say about it. The application does a great job tracking contacts.

Additionally, it is super easy to add custom fields, run reports and integrate with Outlook or Google Calendar.

After many years of supporting sales teams, this is the first application that has received nothing but positive response form users. They were quick to adopt and now use LACRM throughout their day.

Less Annoying CRM is just what its name says: Easy to use and simple to understand! I looked at over 10 CRM's and even made the mistake of trying a couple (including the big one) and Less Annoying CRM has everything I needed for my 3 businesses. Also, seriously: you cant beat the price! Beyond that the Customer Service is 100 Star service! Before Less Annoying CRM things would get lost, dropped, forgotten, follow up was non-existent and now everything gets done and our team can see everything together regardless of where they are. Less Annoying CRM is a fantastic CRM for small businesses. It is easy to understand, has an intuitive lay out, includes amazing tutorials and the option to speak to a real person to ask any question and get help when needed. I am able to track my leads, track the progression of my clients, keep detailed notes about each client and stay organized with a color coded calendar. The tasks keep my daily productivity up because I know what I need to be focused on each day, and the email and text reminders for appointments and calendar items are extremely helpful. What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM?

It is very easy to use and really requires very little instruction. The developers certainly made it user-friendly and intuitive. I especially like the calendar and the ability to set up many tasks at once. In addition, you can group contacts together under the same company and see all of the communications, etc. in one place without having to view each contact separately. Keeping things organized is key and this makes these tasks effortless. Once I create a contact, I am able to add all of the information I need in one place, set up future tasks so I can reach out to people in a timely fashion. What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM?

The software is easy to use and doesn't require a class to be able to get a handle on it. It's self explanatory and inexpensive. It allows you to do so much (upload docs, notes, client data, etc...) to be able to deliver a great experience to your client base. I've used other CRMs in the past and this is top notch.

It doesn't have a two factor login, which is critical nowadays because one worries about security breaches. Another improvement that can be done to the CRM is adding workflows for repetitive tasks.
