LACRM has everything I need in a CRM. Of course you can record information about a specific contact and company, record notes about interactions and set up automated tracking of email contacts. The thing I love most is the pipeline feature. It helps me keep track of my outbound marketing/prospecting process and prevents things from slipping through the cracks.
Oh, and the customer service is nothing short of amazing. If you have a question you get a response immediately and they are always willing to help walk you through any challenge you might be experiencing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There isn't much to dislike. The only minor quirk is I can't directly associate a contact with more than one company. They have a workaround for now that is OK, but I'm hoping they will figure out this last little detail. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
With over 9,000 contacts in our CRM it has to be searchable, quick and easy to use. We love Less Annoying CRM, it's brilliant and I can honestly say I don't know how we could function each day without it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I'd have to be very picky to say there's anything we dislike about the Less Annoying CRM. For example the frequent use of emojis in our clients emails convert to ? question marks when pasting into their records. It's not an issue, but we prefer to take them out, so it doesn't look like a question was asked and not answered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that I didn't have to invest a lot of time learning how to use it. I am not in sales, but I have contacts across several domains that I needed to be able to tie together and reference in a practical way. The email tips were useful and not so frequent as to be annoying (hence...). And you certainly can't beat the price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am the chief cook and bottlewasher for my business so the last thing I needed was a complex CRM. Less Annoying CRM connects with my email and MailChimp so it meets all of my needs. Less Annoying CRM is very friendly, easy to use, having several tools for tracking every project, every resource, easy to customize and the customer support is very efficient. For sure I will recommend it to friends. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The current version is not allowing to customize some fields like birthday or options in addresses, phone numbers, or Emails but that is not a limitation at all Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This is a simple tool to use but very effective. I love the email reminders for appointments. Sometimes when I get busy I don't remember to remind my boss of his appointments. Now I don't have to! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
