Its highly customisable without being too much for a small business. It allows me to store and track all of my contacts which is great and use pipelines for lots of things. Plus they keep bringing new stuff out all the time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are an Australia tour company and LACRM was so easy for us to tailor to the custom fields we wanted. Training videos are embedded in the system, and are intuitive. Pricing model is simple. Our OCD staff love the colour coding. This system is super easy to use, and we've tried a lot of CRMs. Customer support has been superb. Imports were easy. We like most things about LACRM, its really expanded well as our business grows. The team at LACRM have been very responsive and helpful when we have asked questions. LACRM is very intuitive to use and the learning curve is short. We do use the custom features to tailor make it more for our business, this is a growing area for their team, they listen to feedback from clients like us, which is great - in this day of age, the team should be proud of how they operate and treat their clients - KEEP IT UP! :-) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is not much to not like about LACRM, we use some thirdparty api's to connect to other data - there is some work to do there - Example, We make contact firstly with a new client via email, so the potencial new clients email address is already in LACRM, then we use NUSII to build a proposal - which sometimes duplicates the client info in LACRM (Annoying). (I can hear the tech staff at LACRM screaming from here, he's doing something wrong!!.... haha) But thats my point - sometimes the instructions are written by a super brainy tech guy and not a client, who unstands only a small amount of these set up features...... maybe I should write your instructions! Less Annoying CRM helps us keep track of new leads, which reminders can be set to follow up securing new work consistently. It also is a very organized place to track what equipment we have sold to each customer. We BCC the software on emails allowing us to track conversations with potential new customers as well as existing customers from years prior. It would be nearly impossible to remember each and every item, or conversation without this software. Seeing as we are a small manufacturing business, lead tracking, having a spot to track who works for what company when contacted, addresses, phone numbers, etc. is extremely crucial for a efficient work flow. I honestly have no complaints about the software. After years of implementation, I cannot speak to their customer sevice as I have yet to need it! It has been very simple to integrate into our business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

... there's LACRM. Simple, efficient, fast, it's everything you want in a customer management solution without all the fancy bells and whistles you don't need. I'd recommend it to any small business looking to organize and share their customer lists, manage account histories, and integrate with other online tools with Zapier. We were looking for a simple CRM at a reasonable price. Less Annoying fit that need well. Straightforward pricing with no contracts. No subscription to have daily reminders sent to your email which is the reason I needed a CRM. The pipeline is neat with the ability to see where you are in leads VERY quickly. Probably the most unusual item is the emails, they tell you how many more you will get and offer an unsubscribe option in each email. (Quirky Marketing) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As a Business Networking Coach and Speaker, Less Annoying CRM is my go-to recommendation for small business owners looking for an affordable CRM solution that still gives you a robust features list.
