Very simple to use and very customisable. at it's basic level, it has the right amount of customisable options and 3rd party integrations.
The support is really good and freindly. Email resposes are usually within the day and having a UK based phone number is a really handy bonus.
The price point is perfect - you don't get penalised for growing and being successful. You only get charged per user - thast it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The simplicity comes with it the fact that it lacks automation which will be massive improvement to my business. But I knew that when signed up to this, so it's not a failing - more of a suggestion.
Being in the US, the time difference shortens the contact time, but their response time is great and having the uk phone number is a relief. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We started using Less Annoying CRM many years ago when we were looking for an affordable 'less fussy' CRM to help with managing our small business contacts. We did not need all of the bells and whistles charged by the much bigger companies, that we would have paid for but not used. This company did exactly that, at a very affordable price. Their customer service. After spending hours with big companies, waiting to get help, answers or support in a crunch time, Less Annoying CRM feels like fresh air. If they don't actually answer the phone (rare) when I call, they get back to me right away and always make me feel like a priority customer even though I'm sure we are one of their smaller agencies. Their videos are short and to the point and there are no hidden costs for help, etc. Best of all, their team speaks my language (which is NOT tech). They are encouraging and listen better than any customer service dept. I've ever dealt with and they always solve my problems -- without making me feel stupid. They're great and I'd recommend them to anyone getting trying to establish a CRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

So simple to use, including the fact that there's nothing to do locally since it's cloud-based. My last contact manager was powerful, full-blown ... and a support nightmare. I just wanted a reliable package to manage info on my contacts. LACRM delivered.
The support team is as good as any I have ever worked with. The fact that I know the name of several of them still amazes me! It's like getting personalized service. No, it's not like that. It IS that. They take great care of you, helping with the initial setup and responding to questions or concerns. When I had a question, they always respond. I admit I am not using the CRM functions related to moving leads and prospects through a sales flow. I use it for contact management, and scheduling and documenting interactions with both business and personal contacts. For what I use it for, it's awesome.
There are a few things I miss from the full-blown contact manager I used to use (ACT). It would do ANYTHING you needed it to do. But that meant tremendous complexity that I finally decided wasn't worth the benefits. I have no regrets about the move to LACRM. I've recommended it to others, and they let me know they were as happy with it as I am. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We will never consider using another CRM! LACRM is our main communication hub for the company. The customer support is extraordinary. LACRM team members are there to assist our company in the best possible ways. Also, the system is very easy to learn and understand. It will work for any company.
We could not have done this well without LACRM.

I can't think of anything I dislike. I've used it for over five years, and they've made enhancements to the program that overcame any concerns I had. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Their team was very accessible and always ready to go above and beyond to assist us. There were things that I had done incorrectly during the sign up process that I was dreading having to fix, but then their team was able to quickly rectify this from their end. They also helped us with different customizations for our specific business, which I really appreciated. I think if we had a more robust or larger sales team that was interested in tracking statistics per client, then this may not have been the best fit for us. It's not as well known as other software, so most other companies haven't really heard of this. It was a good fit for our team at the time, but I'm not sure if it would have had all of the additional features a dedicated sales team would have needed. It performed well for our purposes, however.
