They were readily available whenever I had a question and responded quickly, once with custom instructional videos. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM?

It's completely customisable, we are a professional consultancy and sales is a dirty word, we are able to change the language to suit our environment and still demonstrate a pipeline. What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM?

The flexibility to create your own fields and pipelines; resulting in being able to have the information you need and want, and not having fields you don't use. Tasks and the ability to link them to contacts and the ability to allocate them to other people. Easy reporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some of my tasks are weekly or monthly but there is not a recurring task facility so I need to edit the task date to the next required date once I have completed each week/month. A minor grumble but hopefully something that can be added in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM?

My business provides services that are high ticket ítems and it is extremely hard to sell. When you do sell, it's easy to forget the growth potential via nurturing techniques and follow ups for increased referrals. LACRM gives me a place to write things down so my team can see that there is always something we can be doing, like following up with customers and potential customers. What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM?

As a marketer and publicist, I like that LACRM is a solid database for contact management. I have been doing this for thirty years and I swear my best cms were the first ones I used touch base pro and act--we tried to so many that either clunky or focusing on sales, we were so happy to find and use LACRM. There's a few quirks to get used to. It can be hard to find the categories I created. But that is a small gripe. A phone app would be nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
