They are on it! They do their research, know what they are doing and truly lead the charge. Great demeanor while working with key stakeholders and balancing other consultants and blockers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lean Layer?

Right now, I am 100% satisfied. The biggest issue we have had is with a different provider but Lean Layer has been fantastic working around those issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Lean Layer:

Be clear on you rneeds. What I appreciate about Al is he is very clear on expectations. Meaning, he will tell you what they can do and what they don't do. Be prepared and clear regarding your needs and Al will let you know if Lean Layer is the correct fit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Lean Layer solving and how is that benefiting you?

Lean Layer is building out our revenue infrstructure. We need to revamp all systems and processes enabling us to scale. They have been outstanding finding the correct technologies, helping us negotiate favorable terms, documenting all of our processes via stakeholder interviews, working with other consultants that manage other technologies for us and delivering a technology solution that atomates our sales processes. As an outcome, we will have real time data via dashboards to run our business, find opportunities and quickly resolve them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Lean Layer?

Recommendations to others considering Lean Layer:

The sooner you bring the team on the sooner you'll benefit from their services! The impact we've seen from them has been huge - you won't regret it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Lean Layer solving and how is that benefiting you?

We had a never-ending wish list of revops projects that no one had time to get to so we brought on Lean Layer. They were able to take care of all of it us (from big strategic projects to adhoc ones) giving us a huge lift. One of the most successful projects was when they ran a closed analysis and looked at historical data to identify and segment accounts by purchasing behavior and churn rates, using employee count as a key metric. By reverse-engineering successful accounts, they developed a scoring system with 30 real-time signals. This informed our strategy revamp, including lead routing and targeting, to better serve upmarket customers and reduce churn.

As a result they successfully shifted the mix of business from eSMB to upmarket accounts, and from non-tiered accounts to tiered accounts. Because both NDR and Win Rates are higher for up market and tiered accounts, the CAC to LTV ratio for the customer shifted significantly. This resulted in 122% increase in revenue from upmarket accounts, a 340% higher win rate for Tiered Accounts vs Non-tiered Accounts, and a 93% NDR for Tiered Accounts compared to 43% for Non-tiered Accounts. As you can imagine, this was a huge win for our team! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Lean Layer?

Lean Layer is highly engaged. They think big picture, explore varied strategies to solution while maintaining a thorough understanding of interdependencies. Working with them is as if you've inherited a trusted colleague who is as motivated, if not more, to drive intended results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Lean Layer solving and how is that benefiting you?

Lean Layer came in to our organization (White Ops at the time) and upleveled our revenue operations practices, applying best practices that fit our particular needs and providing hand on training and documentation for sustainable success. As a leader in the organization it was imperative to have clean and actionable data out of our CRM (Salesforce) to properly resource and manage our book of business. Lean Layer helped us acheive the maturity needed to scale. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Lean Layer?

They're a pleasure to work with and they really get it. They get my company's business and they get RevOps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lean Layer?

Nothing to dislike about Lean Layer. I would use them again in a heartbeat! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Lean Layer solving and how is that benefiting you?

Lean Layer has been a critical part of 2 separate Revenue Operations build outs for me. They are incredibly knowledgeable about all things Revenue Operations and act more as an extension of your team and company, compared to other consultant groups I've worked with who are more transactional. At both companies from which I've worked with them, they've gotten to know the business inside and out so they can make the right recommendations and help move the ball forward. On top of that, they're wonderful to work with. I highly recommend them! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Lean Layer?

Lean Layer's efforts on our ICP ultimately resulted in a 37% surge in our sales pipeline in just 2 weeks after campaign launch. Their deep understanding of our specific needs and agile response underscores their expertise as true growth partners. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lean Layer?

Can't thinking of anything that we disliked about working with them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Lean Layer:

Don't hesitate and just hire them. They can take on your complex challenges. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Lean Layer solving and how is that benefiting you?

Lean Layer's exceptional work on helping us identify prospects within our ICP through a custom ICP Signaling and Data Enrichment project significantly elevated our GTM strategy. They were able to help us identify prospects that had a very specific attribute custom to our ICP that no other tool or data enrichment service could help us with.

Their customized approach to our unique business challenges enabled us to "fish where the fish are" and target the prospects that were the most likely to purchase our product.

They also set up custom fields in our CRM so we could tokenize the specific attribute they identified. This allowed to us personalize our messaging, leading to to a hugely positive response rate and sentiment from our prospects. The types of replies we got back included "Haha! Great research on my background! Let's have a call today!", which was amazing! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Lean Layer?

The team are so sharp. They came in and quickly understood our business, diagnosed the issues, and provided us with actionable steps for improvement. Lean Layber became an extension of our team providing immense support to our Director of Revenue & Director of Product Marketing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lean Layer?

Zero things. The team is phenomenal and the cost given their expertise is worth it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Lean Layer:

If you have a personnel OR an experience gap in your Sales/Revenue/Marketing org Lean Layer is a no-brainer. You can engage them on a short-term basis to fill that gap (like we did), but you will also likely want to continue working with them long-term as you witness the value that they provide (which we also did!). When comparing whether we hire one person for the role OR bring in Lean Layer, the level of expertise that you get with this team is unmatched. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Lean Layer solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our company needed Rev Ops support, we had Salesforce in place but nothing was optimized for success, no lead scoring, no smart routing. Lean Layer came in and evaluated our processes, provided solutions, and implemented them with ease. This not only took some pressure off of our small team but resulted in tangible results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Lean Layer?

They treat our company problems like their own. Our company did not feel like they were consultants but that they were a true extention of our team. I have worked with other consultancies that expect you to tell them exactly what to do but with Lean Layer served as an advisor and successfully completed projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lean Layer?

Nothing comes to mind! I would bring them onboard at my next company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Lean Layer solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our operations team was small and our company was growing rapidly. We needed an extra set of hands that could help us with a variety of projects across the entire GTM function (Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success) and Lean Layer became a great extention of our team. They kept us honest by helping us focus on projects that would result in impact. The projects we working on together helped increase revenue, increase a key metric, or helped increase the productivity on our team. The entire team at Lean Layer is intelligent, extremely hardworking, and fun to work with! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
