LeadX is helping us with upskilling the leadership and managerial skills of employees in managerial positions. Team Leads and managers who have people directly reporting to them need to learn how to work with team member and get the best outcome from the team. each individual is different, LeadX guides and trains on how to identify the working style of an individual and what would be the best working style based on different profiles.

LeadX method of coaching is simple yet effective. those are not long seminars, these are quick activities which we can do easily in about 15-20 mins. we are only asked to go over few tasks in a month, so it doesn't feel like we have spending too much time on this. but even with these small tasks and training, we learn a lot about various leadership skills like effective communication, DISC profile etc. This is a great way to coach new leaders and give them guidance as many new leads might be coming in that role from different backgrounds.
we also have a monthly call where LeadX team walks us through the activities and explain the purpose of those. this allows us to ask questions, clarify doubts.
DISC profile has helped the leaders in terms on understanding what style works with different team members and how to change the approach based on individual's DISC profile. these concepts are explained well. It's pretty cool to have an AI Coach. Amanda is a phenomenal accountability buddy! She serves up tips and lessons. And, continues to check in on my status and give me a nudge to keep me moving forward. It might seem weird, but as if she were human, I feel bad when I disappoint her. I've been using Coach Amanda since her debut with LeadX. Sometimes she gets locked up or stuck. But, it is getting better and more reliable. Also, she is still learning so some of the lessons and tips are rudimentary. But, I know I could be a better student. Excited to see how my coaching sessions evolve over the next year or two. It's not a dislike- more of an anticipation. I am looking forward to seeing Coach Amanda grow in her ability to answer questions and offer more content as user interaction grows. If something is on your mind regarding management or leadership, you can type and send it to Coach Amanda to start learning. She will guide you through some steps to take to improve in a topic. Or, you can select a topic and have a back and forth conversation with Amanda to learn. She will present information and ask questions that you answer to continue down the path. It's pretty neat. This is a complex technology so it's understandable that Coach Amanda is still learning how to be as helpful as possible based on the user's questions. You may not always get the direction you were hoping for, so you either need to try asking the question differently, or go into the library and watch the videos to learn more. Sometimes doesn't have the info I am looking for, and it isn't clear what is being done to address those shortcomings (podcast topic, guest speaker topic, video, etc). Would be nice to see how the content shortcomings are being addressed by the AI or other services from LeadX. Example -- a page which shows suggested content for items Amanda didn't understand.
