There is no public api to integrate to our systems, a necessary functionality for our operations. There are similar and even lowerede priced tools that do very similar stuff. Customer support is ok, i just felt is not very personalized or directed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Leadsales CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

As an ecommerce we need constant contact with our customer, to increase our sales through assistive sales and also support. Whatsapp being the most widespread messaging tool in our region, having this channel of communication is a must. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
