What do you like best about Lead Forensics?

Extremely valuable information that is key for making informed marketing decisions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?

Cost. There may be other, similar options that are less expensive, but I'm not sure about the quality of their data vs Lead Forensics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were paying for a lot of traffic to come in via keywords and paid sponsorships that rarely converted. By moving the money around to other inbound traffic sources, we were able to optimize the funds we were spending. We can see what kind of companies are interested in the product and shape content to speak to those audiences and purposes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Lead Forensics?

Lead Forensics provides you with a list and information about which companies have visited your site, which pages and for how long. They provide great functionality in terms of reporting, triggered alerts and other analysis. Their account managers are very thorough and helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?

The sales team, while thorough, could be perceived as being pushy. They were persistent, but without really understanding our business. At times, it seemed our rep was just reading off a script. Also, there's a fair amount of manual work up front to weed through the non-important traffic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Lead Forensics:

Consider whether your firm gets enough relevant business-to-business traffic to justify the cost Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?

Lead Forensics is helping us bridge the gap between knowing how many people visited our site and identifying which specific companies have visited. It provides our sales team with warm leads in a timely manner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Lead Forensics?

Absolutely nothing, the service is appalling and the product is flawed Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?

What a huge disappointment. Trial was misleading and we're now tied into a 15 month contract. We haven't been able to engage with one genuine prospect seeking our services, and certainly no clients have come from this. It took Lead Forensics 3 minutes to respond to our request to engage their services, yet near 3 months to respond to our complaint. There are alternative providers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?

No benefits whatsoever Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

You are losing leads by not knowing who is on your site! It's a no-brainer, you'll see the proof. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have a niche B2B business that has a long buying cycle. This is providing us with warm leads and proof of concept of our marketing efforts Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Lead Forensics?

The best part about Lead Forensics is it turns anonymous visitors to our website into potential leads based on their amount of logged activity. Before LF, we would only reach out to those that fill out a form on our site and now we are able to see visitors who are potentially interested but haven't taken the next step in contacting us yet. This tool is extremely beneficial for our lead generation / cold-calling team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?

So far, nothing. The site is easy to navigate and once everything is up and running there isn't much of a need to log in anymore. Everything we need is automatically generated into reports and emailed to us at a set frequency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Lead Forensics:

Try them out. Before we started with that we provided what we were currently doing and the data we were collecting, they then compared side-by-side what they could provide. It was immediately clear their solution was better and far easier to manage and benefit from. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
