Very misleading concept! They make it sound as if so many people are visiting your website and you will obtain so much information on leads and contact those leads. The only contacts we are getting are ppl looking for jobs, companies looking at us to sell us something, competitors looking at our website and maybe one customer that we already called upon navigating our website.
Why spend close to $700 per month ($8,400/yr.) just to obtain that information. They make you lock into an agreement for one year because they are NOT confident their product works so they snag you! Most companies are confident enought that you can cancel in 30 days or at any time! When you try to cancel or ask for help no one can help you!

While the capabilities of Lead Forensics are pretty extensive, the high-touch account service has made it possible to learn and implement in a way that wasn't overwhelming. We initially discussed the goals we had as a company, and Ryan, our Account Service Rep, put together a roadmap to start implementing things. LF is now a vital part of our marketing reports and helps us ensure our campaigns are effective. I log into LF every day to gain insight to where my focus should be. This intelligence (including details about the company, like size, location, and industry) helped our sales team make more informed and actionable calls. Lead Forensics allows our sales team to find warm leads to nurture and turn into sales. Just this past month, we had a rep get a sale for two units from a lead that was tied back to Lead Forensics. Our sales team can easily use this to get leads and follow up with potential customers. It is also amazing to see how it ties into Google AdWords and we can see "real-time" when users are searching for our competitors or their specific competitors products. Lead Forensics has given our business an additional tool to use to gather leads. We are able to modify who receives certain leads and assign follow ups based on the information provided by Lead Forensics. Lead Forensics is easy to use, easy to integrate, easy to implement, and easy to learn! Our business uses Lead Forensics every day by multiple users and have seen a difference in our order generation from using active leads provided by Lead Forensics.
Lead Forensics' customer service is out of this world!! Any time we have a question, we reach out our person and she answers our questions immediately. In addition to the live inroduction & training to Lead Forensics, they've sent over training guides, FAQ's, how-to's, and more. Super helpful and responsive....highly recommend! Lead Forensics has been extremely helpful to our business development team who use the platform on a daily basis. It helps us to identify new businesses in each of our branches local areas to expand our business. It also allowed the teams to follow up with current customers with up and cross sell opportunities they gathered through viewing customers activity our website.
Our marketing team also uses Lead Forensics to monitor the effectiveness of ads campaigns, which allows us to see how our marketing is driving traffic to our website.
Triggered reports make it easier for us to send our sales team automated alerts about their key accounts and new business. Overall, it has been a great tool for us to improve our sales and marketing efforts.
Our IT team also found it icredibly easy to intergrate and implement due to the API features.

One area where Lead Forensics can improves is in the process of data. Sometimes the amount of information provided can feel a bit overwhelming, even though its limited to each of the users locations. The knowledge of who has been on your website/what pages they are viewing is a perk in itself. The email reports that you can set up to hit your inbox whenever you want is nice as well, because you don't have to login to gather the information. As of late, I've been loving how it integrates with our Google Ads to see which keywords are effective for our target companies. I also appreciate how I speak with a customer success manager at least once a quarter and that helps me to make sure I am getting the most out of all of the features. I can see what companies visit my websites and who the target contacts are at those companies. I also can get the emails and phone numbers of those targets. Some of the competitors that I have used did not provide the list of contacts and their information. This is a huge advantage that Lead Forensics has. I also like the ability to create alerts based on many different factors and have them sent to my sales team. The integration with the CRM is very helpful. Lead Forensics contacts trigger a series of automated events once automatically added to the CRM. Very helpful. The people that work for LF, especially Aliya Hennessy, in particular, is a high-quality professional.
