Lead Forensics Overview

What is Lead Forensics?

In our fast-paced world, real-time engagement has never been so important, even better when it is human-to-human. Statistically, 84% of B2B buyers will purchase from the first organisation they engage with, yet reacting quickly to opportunities is something that most B2B organisations struggle with. Lead Forensics enables businesses to engage with their B2B website visitors faster than ever before, right when they are most engaged - while visiting your website. Lead Forensics provides all the intel required to start valuable, relevant, meaningful conversations in real-time. Lead Forensics will identify who your B2B website visitors are, where they have come from, what they are looking at - and, importantly, what stage they are at within your sales pipeline, routing opportunities directly to an Account Manager to delight B2B prospects with pro-activity. In addition, direct existing B2B prospects to their sales representative and fuel marketing automation with highly engaged brand-new B2B prospects. 98% of your B2B website visitors will never inquire with you; uncover that potential with Lead Forensics. What do you like best about Lead Forensics?

While the capabilities of Lead Forensics are pretty extensive, the high-touch account service has made it possible to learn and implement in a way that wasn't overwhelming. We initially discussed the goals we had as a company, and Ryan, our Account Service Rep, put together a roadmap to start implementing things. LF is now a vital part of our marketing reports and helps us ensure our campaigns are effective. I log into LF every day to gain insight to where my focus should be. The importance of knowing who is going onto the website cannot be overstated. I now rely on it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?

I'm very happy with LF. Even when I find areas of improvement, they are taken into consideration with the team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?

We can hold marketing teams accountable to their initiatives, and marketing teams can use it to identify the messaging that is resinating with our buyers the most. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Lead Forensics?

Provided useful insights into the organizations visiting our website and the pages they were viewing. This intelligence (including details about the company, like size, location, and industry) helped our sales team make more informed and actionable calls. Good filtering capabilities so we can create reports based on target prospect profiles and remove current clients. Adding the plugin to our WordPress website was easy and smooth. Our client support rep was also very helpful in getting us set up and maximizing the value of the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?

It was tricky connecting Lead Forensics to Salesforce. It's nice they had the integration, but it took a little work to get it right. The user interface could use a fresh look. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed to get more out of our website. We optimized for search to improve traffic and provided gated content to capture some user information. But we felt we were missing a ton of opportunities from organizations that were browsing our site but remained anonymous. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Lead Forensics?

Lead Forensics allows our sales team to find warm leads to nurture and turn into sales. Just this past month, we had a rep get a sale for two units from a lead that was tied back to Lead Forensics. Our sales team can easily use this to get leads and follow up with potential customers. It is also amazing to see how it ties into Google AdWords and we can see "real-time" when users are searching for our competitors or their specific competitors products. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?

I dislike that you cannot know exactly who was visiting the site, but this is a privacy law and out of Lead Forensics control. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?

Lead Forensics is giving our sales teams more leads to folllow up, nurture, and turn into sales. This benefits me in that our company as a whole is more successful. I also like that I can use it as a check and balance to see how our Google AdWords are working. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is a lot to learn with Lead Forensics and it takes some time to get to know and learn how it works best for your company. It's not just a simple plug and play, but their customer service team is A+++ and helps every step of the way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Lead Forensics?

Lead Forensics has been extremely helpful to our business development team who use the platform on a daily basis. It helps us to identify new businesses in each of our branches local areas to expand our business. It also allowed the teams to follow up with current customers with up and cross sell opportunities they gathered through viewing customers activity our website.

Our marketing team also uses Lead Forensics to monitor the effectiveness of ads campaigns, which allows us to see how our marketing is driving traffic to our website.

Triggered reports make it easier for us to send our sales team automated alerts about their key accounts and new business. Overall, it has been a great tool for us to improve our sales and marketing efforts.

Our IT team also found it icredibly easy to intergrate and implement due to the API features.

The Support and Customer Success team was great in handling and helping us implement our specific requirements for the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?

One area where Lead Forensics can improves is in the process of data. Sometimes the amount of information provided can feel a bit overwhelming, even though its limited to each of the users locations. Also, because of the amount of data we get, the load times suffer, but these are minor points in terms of the benefits we recieve overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?

The software helps us solve two key issues, identifying prospective businesses on our website and informing the local sales teams, and tracking current customer website useage. Before using Lead Forensics, we couldn’t see which companies visited our website and what content they were engaging with so adding this has helped to develop new business not only with new companies but existing customers too.

Our business development team can now identify potential businesses in their local area, allowing them to reach out when we are fresh in thier minds. We can also track the interest of existing customers, which helps us strengthen those relationships. We also found it helped us to identify customers that were browsing products that they weren't purchasing from us, allowing the sales team to diversify the product portfolio with these customers.

For our marketing team, Lead Forensics also provides insight into effective ads campaigns and email outreach to track how these efforts are driving traffic to our website. This visibility has been essential to improving our sales and marketing effectiveness, ultimately helping us grow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Lead Forensics?

The knowledge of who has been on your website/what pages they are viewing is a perk in itself. The email reports that you can set up to hit your inbox whenever you want is nice as well, because you don't have to login to gather the information. As of late, I've been loving how it integrates with our Google Ads to see which keywords are effective for our target companies. I also appreciate how I speak with a customer success manager at least once a quarter and that helps me to make sure I am getting the most out of all of the features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?

At least for our industry, there are a lot of seemingly non-relevant leads. We are also an international company and a lot of our international traffic doesn't get captured and matched to companies in the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps us to see who is poking around our site in order to reach out if it's a lapsed customer and we know someone at that company. We are still stuck on how to actively gain new business from reaching out to a company on our site because the pool of options to reach out to is so big. It's also helping craft our ppc strategy with Google because we can see what companies are searching with what key words to not waste money on bots/irrelevant clicks. What do you like best about Lead Forensics?

Lead Forensics has been a fantastic too to help us identify potential leads for our business. The product is designed well, incredibly powerful, and their Customer Success Managers are great to work with. Samuel is our rep and he is great! They also do a good job of communicating any updates or changes to the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?

Sometimes, the platform can take a little bit to load but there is a lot of data it is pulling. Outside of that, it works great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are finding out what businesses come to our website and then being proactive and reaching out to them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Lead Forensics?

I can see what companies visit my websites and who the target contacts are at those companies. I also can get the emails and phone numbers of those targets. Some of the competitors that I have used did not provide the list of contacts and their information. This is a huge advantage that Lead Forensics has. I also like the ability to create alerts based on many different factors and have them sent to my sales team. The integration with the CRM is very helpful. Lead Forensics contacts trigger a series of automated events once automatically added to the CRM. Very helpful. The people that work for LF, especially Aliya Hennessy, in particular, is a high-quality professional. Helpful in all technical things and even makes it easy to deal with their accounting dept. ;) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?

Sometimes the app throws errors, but typically when you refresh, it always comes back. Some of the user interface could be brought up to the current design best practices, but this is not as important as the benefits LF provides. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps us discover qualified leads. It shows us what companies are looking at us that we otherwise would not know. It also helps with a quick outreach to companies that just minutes ago were reading our website. The recency factor is huge in winning a client. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Lead Forensics?

The interface, filters and reporting are intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?

It didn't have an integration to our CRM. However, the Lead Forensics team worked really hard to help implement a connection via Zapier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?

We spend money and time on PPC campaigns and Organic optimisation. Lead Forensics gives us intelligence about our customer behaviour as wel las new leads. Our sales team use teh reports to directly make sales to our trade partners while the marketing team gather evidence about companies that are actively researching our managed services. These features bridge the gap between our marketing outreach and sales, allowing us to provide our SDR team with active leads to contact. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Lead Forensics?

Unparalleled reporting on who's visiting the website, with the granular details we need to make the information actionable. Also, the integration between our CRM, zoho, and Lead Forensics makes it easy to see what the platform does for us on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?

Sometimes we get too much information from the platform - as in, I see every single page someone visited. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before we had Lead Forensics, we didn't know if a company was interested in our proposals after the fact. Now we can see visits and this has led to an increase in our closing rate, as we can gauge interest based on their activity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
