What do you like best about LateShipment.com?

The biggest win for us since partnering with LateShipment.com has been the thousands of dollars they’ve recovered for us through claims filed with our carriers. This was our main reason for starting with them, and they’ve delivered exceptional results on this front. Their auditing service has saved us both time and money by catching and filing claims for shipping delays and issues that we would have otherwise missed.

In addition to their claims service, they’ve gone above and beyond to help improve our customer experience. They built a customized tracking page for our customers, making it easy for them to view and track their shipments, and developed email templates that keep our customers informed throughout the shipping process. These features have added significant value to our business.

What do you dislike about LateShipment.com?

The out-of-the-box template for the tracking page we initially chose wasn’t the best fit for our needs. However, the team was incredibly receptive to our feedback and worked closely with us to make the necessary adjustments. They listened to our concerns and created a customized solution that aligned perfectly with what we were looking for. While the default template wasn’t ideal, their willingness to collaborate and tailor the solution more than made up for it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
