lambda test does what we need - we can test physically on real devices, we can run our automation suites on them, quickly and easily. The support has been great, and any issue we have found gets quickly ressolved. The license costs are a fraction of some competitors, but we found we get more use out of Lambda test, and for less money. I think it has a great User Interface, it has plenty of options for devices and the emulators are quite fast. It's also quite wasy to use when you get the idea, just run a command in the terminal and can test localhost on a variety of devices. I think it would be helpful to have some way of scrolling easier inside the emualtor, as when I'm testing on a phone it's quite difficult to scroll until the end of the page. Another thing would be maybe having a tutorial in the beginning on how to set up and use LambdaTest (not sure if this exists already as when I joined there wasn't and I had to ask my work colleagues for some guidance).
