What I find a bit challenging with LambdaTest is that it can be a tad overwhelming when first getting started. The multitude of features and options, while beneficial, might take some time to fully grasp. However, with a bit of patience and learning, it becomes much more manageable. I use LambdaTest daily as part of my regular QA tasks due to:

- Vast range of devices, platforms, browsers & OS's

- Devices available all the time

- Ability to test local sites using the Tunnel feature

- Easy to learn. Requires little training to learn the basics allowing you to get setup quickly and start performing your tests

- Good support to help us come up with a suitable package for our teams needs

Setting up the Tunnel / finding the information at the start was a little confusing. But once resolved, I have had no issues with it and am able to use it at ease now.

We were just a team of two working on freelance projects and some other assignments. Most of the time, we had very little time to manually test the applications. However, there was one occasion when we found a bug. We discovered this bug by setting up and running tests in LambdaTest. Interestingly, we observed that the application behaved differently on Android and iOS. We were puzzled by this discrepancy, as we had no prior knowledge of such behavior.

With the help of LambdaTest's Android and iOS testing capabilities, we were able to identify and resolve the bug. We also used LambdaTest for another web application, where we encountered UI/UX issues. In this case, the application's worker nodes were throwing elements out of their containers.
