What do you like best about LABL?

What do you dislike about LABL?
There are three things I dislike about this platform. Every few prints, I'll encounter an error message which will force me to close out of the program and log in again. Another issue is that the label will create but can't print without going into the shipments area and printing it from there. The last major issue is that SmartShyp made updates on Sunday, 9/12, and it is now Friday, 9/17, and I cannot print any labels. I emailed customer service five times and only received two replies to my issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
