What is most helpful and upside of partnering with Kyriba is that it offers scalability, accessibility from anywhere without IT intervention, automatic updates and most importantly, the ability to have most of our Treasury day to day process and functionalities in one hub. There are no dislikes/downsides we have experienced with Kyriba since we have parterned with them. Our only drawback might be dependency on internet connectivity. We need to make sure we have WiFi in order to connect to the Treasury Management System. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The most helpful component of Kyriba is the efficiencies gained. The time required to report our cash position has decreased by half. The ease of accessing an online portal with SSO and having the capability to view the cash position, process payments, and view reports in one place. The executives love the mobile access to approve payments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are a few idiosyncrasies like BAM does not populate when a new account is added to the Core Data - Accounts module. Another issue is in the Payments module when a user tries to add an attachment to a payment, if they click the back arrow button, and do not click on the Menu - close buttons, the payment is lost and must be re-entered. Another issue with the Payments module is a payments must be approved from "outside" the payment or the transaction is not automatically remitted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The system is intuitive and very easy to navigate. Being a true SaaS system allows us to avoid managing system upgrades and updates ourselves. The support team is very helpful and quickly resolves our issues. Kyriba makes it easy to interface with other systems. It truly has all the functionality we need in one system. Processing times are very quick and the reporting tools are great and make it very simple to create your own reports without any technical assistance. Kyriba has also recently extended the amount of time between production and sandbox refreshes so that makes life much easier when working on implementations. I don't really have a downside to report for the system. Our team is very impressed with the system.

However one dislike about Kyriba is regarding their support model. For standard support packages, you can only have three users registered to submit support tickets. If you want more, you have to pay for a premium support package. When you are a large global company with users across multiple time zones using several modules, it would be nice to have more users able to submit support tickets without paying more for it. Kyriba is very reliable and we rarely have delays in processing. We love the menu mapping and have used it to greatly streamline our processes. We also love the Excel reporting that allows us to combine data from multiple sources into a template. Kyriba continues to develop new ways to benefit Treasury. I've been using Kyriba TMS for a while now, and one thing I really love is how easy it makes managing treasury tasks. The ability to filter through large amounts of data quickly is a game changer. It saves so much time and makes it easy to find exactly what I need. Another huge plus is how it handles multiple bank accounts. Instead of logging into each bank separately, Kyriba gives me a centralized view of everything in one place. It makes tracking cash and managing finances more efficient. Kyriba has been an integral piece of our digital payments, reporting and cash position and GL reconciliation processes, helping our teams to work more efficiently and effectively.
