Potential clients were well handed with meetings set up and Konsyg joing both parties with relevant information shared and multiple follow ups with the client. Their reports we easy to read and the post sale support for our clients were handled well with feedback shared and issues rectified posthaste. Tehy were flexible to integrate into softwares we were using and also took initiative to suggest certain tools we could use to improve our processes.
