What do you like best about Konsyg?

Konsyg seperates themselves from all the noise around Lead Generation, and is arguably a global leader in supporting organizations with sales developement across all stages - a vital partner in delierving sales targets.

We worked with Konsyg on Pipeline Developement for our regional and global expansion efforts. Konsyg taliored a plan from their range of services and delivered results beyond expectaions over the 6-month engagement - which we renewed for a further 18-months.

What do you dislike about Konsyg?

Genuinley no dislikes, probably because I understand the sales function from my 20 years in the industry. Konsyg go beyond that.

My advise would be for new companies enegaing external sales resourses to be patient, results are not overnight.

What do you like best about Konsyg?

Konsyg has set up a good process to onboard their clients. From having interviews with their managers and actual teams to doing market research on our competitors. This provides a comrpehensive understanding of our company's industry and outlook. With the campaing underway, weekly reports provided much needed insight in the challenged faced by the Konsyg team as well understanding our reach to penetrate our preferred markets. Potential clients were well handed with meetings set up and Konsyg joing both parties with relevant information shared and multiple follow ups with the client. Their reports we easy to read and the post sale support for our clients were handled well with feedback shared and issues rectified posthaste. Tehy were flexible to integrate into softwares we were using and also took initiative to suggest certain tools we could use to improve our processes. Konsyg took the initiative to learn and understand our products from the very little information we shared. However, we could have definitely assisted them more by sharing more detailed informations about our products with further prompts. Konsyg developed our pipeline as we were unable to set up outbound sales and were only experiencing inboud sales.
