What do you like best about KonaSearch?

This program makes it very easy to create a sort of dashboard type of thing for your sales and service data. It is very easy to search through all of your existing and new documents to find what you need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is KonaSearch solving and how is that benefiting you?

I had a hard time finding data on my own, and the program we were using didn't have a very good search interface. With this, I can find everything I need to, and that makes it easier for me to help my clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about KonaSearch?

Requires no additional hardware, which is extremely convenient. It also serves a broad range of customers, from mid-range solutions to enterprises. Also, the search criteria is amazing, being able to search by text, file size, location and many more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about KonaSearch?

The pricing is a little high at just under $20 a month. There are much cheaper alternatives out there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you have the budget for KonaSearch, it's a great service and makes running a business easier. With that said, there are cheaper alternatives out there, but you may miss out on things like ease of use and productivity. The old saying: you get what you pay for.
