What do you like best about KodiakHR?

KodiakHR is simple to use for both employers and for candidates. Quick and easy interface makes it more likely that candidates upload references in a timely manner. The safeguards to alert employers to duplicate email addresses is helpful in identifying invalid references. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about KodiakHR?

A feature I would like to see added would be an option for references to add a comment when changing their relationship to the candidate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is KodiakHR solving and how is that benefiting you?

Utilizing KodiakHR Reference Check saves the recruiters in my organization a lot of time, so we are able to focus on screening, interviewing, and hiring applicants. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about KodiakHR?

KodiakHR has added back so much time into my workdays by simplifying the reference check process. The system is intuitive and easy to use. I initially worried about the amount of written feedback we'd get by sending reference requests via email, but that hasn't been a problem at all. We consistently receive thorough references within 24 hours (usually less time). I would highly recommend this system to all recruiters. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about KodiakHR?

I can't think of anything that's a downside to using KodiakHR. If you ever have a question for a reference after receiving the KodiakHR report, you can always still reach out directly to follow up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is KodiakHR solving and how is that benefiting you?

I haven't seen any problems. It's a huge time saver and simplifies the offer decision process. We're able to turn around offer decisions quicker since this process is so fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
