What do you like best about Knowledge360?

There is clearly a ton of power behind the suite of tools being offered. The hands-on training is invaluable. For anyone engaged in research, making sense of trends, and/or aggregating content, there is plenty here to play with.

It is extremely helpful to have articles displayed in plain text with no ads/noise. Additionally, they have subscriptions to a wide range of publications, journals, etc., that are normally behind paywalls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Knowledge360?

Training is a must, as there is a bit of a learning curve to understand all of the features/options. It is certainly not a dislike, just something I would highly recommend completing for anyone new to Knowledge360. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We've been using it primarily for secondary research for insight-driven growth consulting. Setting up dashboards focused on specific topics has been extremely helpful to aggregate large volumes of content into sensible views. It is also very helpful for sharing information across a team. K360 is really geared for enterprise applications vs project by project. Not a big deal, but would love for my entire team of analysts to have admin privileges. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Knowledge360?

Knowledge360 pulls in all of the news and updates on our competitors so I'm not searching through 20+ browser windows to get a sense of what's going on in the market. This is a huge time saver! I just login to Knowledge360 and have everything I need in one place. It also makes it super easy to flag important updates and share them with my team/across our organization. What do you dislike about Knowledge360?

Getting started takes some time. The tool is basically a blank slate when you login and you have to build up different resources (reports, projects, reveal, etc.) and upload documents to the Knowledge section. What problems is Knowledge360 solving and how is that benefiting you?

Keeping track of industry news has been a real chore for us and often falls to the bottom of the task list. With Knowledge360, we can get a quick snapshot of our industry and easily share important updates. What do you like best about Knowledge360?

That you are able to search, read, and organize information from over 5,000 sources plus any external sources you upload into the system, for example annual reports, into custom-made dashboards. This makes it a one-stop shop for catching up on industry and competitor events. The customer support is also first class. At first I was a little overwhelmed with all of the platform's features, but after just a few training sessions with my customer success manager, and knowing that I can contact her at any point with questions, I felt much more comfortable. What do you dislike about Knowledge360?

There isn't much I dislike about the tool. As with any software tool sometimes there are bugs, but once you flag it to K360 they are usually able to fix them quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am still learning about ways K360 can help our organization but so far it is improving our knowledge about competitors. Things we may not have picked up on or had time to search through, for example analyst calls, quarterly earnings reports, twitter feeds, and YouTube channels, are all consolidated on dashboards and easy to search. What do you like best about Knowledge360?

Knowledge360 has been a force multiplier for my organization. As a result of implementing K360, I can see more and do more with my internal/external data and information including field intelligence because everything is centrally located and readily accessible via personalized dashboards. As with most software platforms a level of commitment to the process is needed to understand what's possible and build out a tool that best suits your needs. K360 is no different. What do you like best about Knowledge360?

Most the the data that you need is already there. Many comparable tools are basically delivered as a frame and the requirement is on the user(s) or organization to populate internal data. K360 is much different. The platform works with a ton of third-party data partners, so once you are in, all of the content is already there. This ranges from news to financials, social chatter, etc. It is really great.

Flexibility is also put in the hands of the user. It is very easy to structure topic dashboards and company views so anyone on your team can view. It makes it really collaborative! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Knowledge360?

The technology does what we ask of it. There is perhaps progress to be made with some visualizations, but that is only if you are looking to visualize data in the K360 itself.
