Nothing to dislike, more of what can be improved:

- While keeping the simplicity of UI/UX, it can be improved more

- It would have been great if Kloudle can have basic triaging features and suppression of issues

- More metrics around the number of issues flagged Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Kloudle's automated cloud configuration review was thorough, comprehensive and quite informative. The support we received from the Koudle team went way above our expectations. They were very prompt with their assistance and very competent and knowledgeable. Kloudle was recommended to me by the security experts at Digital Ocean. With Kloudle by my side, tackling the intricate Facebook Data Protection Assessment became a seamless process, a marked departure from the daunting task it could have been.

Special mention must be given to Akash, one of Kloudle's visionary founders. His personal support during the setup process exhibited the company's unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction. Kloudle could add some more options for their cloud configuration review checks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1. Reassurance that we are not doing anything wrong in our DO configuration.

2. Confidence that we now have a warning system in case we introduce a security issue in our existing systems or in any new systems we add.

3. I do not have access to our Digital ocean account, but the fact that I now have visibility into the number of droplets we run is helpful for me.

4. The information that is most relevant to me is presented right away in the landing page, instead of 100 nice looking but not so useful graphs :D Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1. When we started, there were a few bugs that were ironed out

2. One thing I think would add value would be if you can also show the checks we have passed. You currently show that we failed two medium-level checks. As a user, I do not know how exhaustive your checklist is and I do not know what is not being checked. Showing that will be even more reassuring.

3. Some of the terms used in the product are abstract. For example, 'snapshot' makes less sense to me, 'scan' might be more appropriate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We're a small company with no dedicated SREs but with many cloud instances across various providers. We tried out Kloudle based on a recommendation and found it made our life very easy

Adding cloud accounts is very easy

Gives me a picture of my overall state of cloud security on the dashboard itself with the security score

Misconfigurations have technical details given as well as information about risk and business impact if exploited

Not a lot, it does what we need. Doesn't work with Azure yet though.

I can see features are being updated regularly.

Filtering and navigation could do with some upgrades but is being addressed and should be released soon.

Notifications need to be enabled manually at this time, but this could be enabled by default Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the following about Kloudle.

1. It gives me a total score out of 100. Helps my team improve the score month by month and ensure our cloud assets are secure.

2. Mitigation for every issue is easily provided.

3. Very extensive library of common misconfiguration.

4. They also have Google Cloud CIS benchmarks. It helps us be compliant with Google's security recommendations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not much to complain about. But I think Kloudle can improve on the following.

1. The impact of mitigations provided is missing as Kloudle is unaware of our tech stack.

2. The interface is a bit slow to my liking. They have become easier to use over time, though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

2. Covered all the AWS services we have been using and extensive coverage for each.

3. Slack alerts help us discover loopholes in real-time

You cannot mute alerts for specific resources. Eg "SSH port not allowed" - I wanted to mute it specifically for precisely one instance, which is my SSH bastion host. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I had a hard time keeping track of infra security on multiple platforms.

Kloudle made it super easy for me to keep track of the vulnerabilities and helped with detailed documentation on resolving those. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

UI and UX could be improved a bit.

Knowing that all known vulnerabilities have been addressed or is being addressed is what makes me sleep at night.
