#1 Their customer service is excellent. I've had conversations over the phone and email with 3 different people there, and all of them have been knowledgeable and helpful.
#2 There is literally no negative side. The worst case is you pay $29 a month and get nothing back. Being that most newsletters and other sites will charge at least 10x that for potentially nothing in return it's a must for your crowdfunding campaign.
