Quality and training

Quality control in an internal contact center is difficult enough in an internal contact center; with a BPO, it gets even harder. The BPO will need to be trained on your business to ensure that they are providing the right answers at the right time, and keeping customer experience consistent with what they would receive from your internal teams. What do you like best about Khoros Service?

The automatic ai response was the most thing i was interested in when i searched for softwares like khoros, im glad khoros offers that at best Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Khoros Service?

We run a Textile company and started using Khoros to manage our customer queries, our experience has been amazing and we have been able to get a good RoI from the product and have cut down on the expenses of having people to handle customer calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
