1. Customer Support has been my favorite part of using EJBCA. PKI implementation and maintenance is a daunting task in itself but Support is always there every step of the way when needed and all are knowledgable and experts.
2. Error messages are usually self-explanatory and easy to troubleshoot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There needs to be notification from EJBCA when there's high database usage/exceeded limit. For example, few endpoints had over 10k active certs at a point and this was not flagged by EJBCA. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
