The ability not to be able to update off line and this feature would add value as well as giving project managers and PMO offices the ability to work away from an Internet connection especially where there is bad Wifi reception areas or no internet connection. Most of our project managers find this tool straightforward - many don't even need more than half an hour of training and a short user-guide. The speed with which a PMO can implement KeyedIn Projects and start delivering real value is truly impressive. This is through a combination of delivery via the Cloud, a mature and feature-rich product, and a high degree of configurability by PMO without the need for KeyedIn involvement. The system is very open in terms of getting data in and out of it. I particularly like the whole concept of progressively being able to add detail about your expected project financial and resource requirements, yet from your earliest high level estimates you are able to see the impact on your entire portfolio of projects. KeyedIn provided high calibre implementation consultants who were a pleasure to work with. To put this all into context, with a 4 week pilot and a 2 month implementation period, we migrated big bang rollout of 500+ users across 5 countries from an existing PPM system. The scope of this included timesheets, re-charging to the business, issue and risk management, status reporting, project governance and financials oversight.
