It is easy to access, straight forward to use, and is flexible for customisation. It allows you to get oversight across a portfolio of projects drawing out specific parameters. The system administration can be overly complicated / confusing depending on the security set up you wish to achieve. Cloning projects can result in system problems if you forget to tick or un-tick certain things before cloning. You need to make a lot of use of the admin in order to master it. If you only use it occasionally then it is easy to forget how to properly administer the system. If you create a bespoke report via in-house programmers then it can be costly and take a fair amount of time to either make amendments or create new programmed reports. We’ve been able to adapt KeyedIn to our business model, so the flexibility has been helpful. The support model is fantastic, and the account team is always available to help. THe learning curve was not bad, and there is a lot of functionality to help manage projects and portfolios. The reporting engine has been revamped and much improved. The software was easy for our PMO and our developers to buy in, because the product helped to reduce standups and planning meetings while still providing the necessary updates to our managers and PMs in order to satisfy all parties.
