Keste has been a pleasure to deal with, extremely educated, and always eager to assist. Keste workers, in my experience, have excellent subject matter expertise and a very current skill set. Starting with the sales process, Keste brought in employees that were extremely informed, clever, and professional. There isn't much not to appreciate about Keste, however we did experience some resource issues early on. Keste, on the other hand, was very open to our suggestions and corrected these concerns swiftly, with no real impact on our projects. Splunk has been working with Keste-CPQ team for over 5 years as Implementation partner for FPX-CPQ. They successfully implemented FPX CPQ at Splunk in 2015 and have been steadily working with us supporting the platform to help run and scale the solution as the Business scales. As part of the on-going support, Keste provided a Support Team to implement incremental feature since going live in 2015. We have partnered with Keste for various engagements, most recently for a large business system transformation initiative. We have been lucky to have involvement from the highest quality resources in our engagements with Keste. They have been easy to work throughout the process - from determining details of an SOW, to discovery, execution, and delivery of results. Sam Brown and Dheeraj Sharma in particular have been some of the best consulting partners in my experience. I always feel like we are their only customer in terms of responsiveness, turnaround, and bringing any needed resources to bear. They have deep relationships in the industry, which has helped accelerate solutions and decisions, and apply their wealth of best practices to our use cases.

Keste has been instrumental in providing professional support for our company. We experienced a significant setback when our Salesforce system administrator left and we were left with a relatively inexperienced team to manage our complicated instance. Keste jumped in immediately providing additional administrative support to help us navigate and understand standard SF administration & configuration, as well as advising us on our current customizations. Keste is helping with ongoing work supporting the Community project by bringing enhancements to existing features on the Community, fixing bugs and onboarding new members to the Community. Keste resources also have experience in Agile which our company is moving toward, so that experience is helping with our transition to the Agile framework/methodology to help clarify and guide us through the transition. All members that Keste provided are knowledgeable on the Community product and were able to jump in and get up to speed quickly on the project. There is a keen attention to detail and great time management skills across all team members. The team has easily acclimated to the Vizient team and we have all learned together well as we are adopting to new agile practices within our company.
Kate, the BA, is very professional and has taken lead with working with the business as well as is the point person with keeping status of the other Keste contractors at Vizient. She is amazing and is key to keeping everything run smoothly on the new groups onboarding to the Vizient Community. She sets up meetings with the business as needed and has helped develop the specific cadence that is now followed for the overall timeline to bring new groups onto the Community. She also works with the offshore developer to pass off work and communicate bugs and questions/clarifications from QA, etc. while keeping other tickets moving forward in a synchronized manner. We recently had a need for someone to build a Conga report for which we had not available resources. The Keste employee we had working on the community project had bandwidth and had not worked with Conga before, but that did not stop her. She received a quick lesson and researched the tool and was able to deliver the desired work on schedule with little to no defects, AMAZING! The end-users and myself were very impressed and so grateful what what a great job she did. This Keste employee was a true team player and not limited on what she was willing to do. Her attitude and diligence to do the job to the satisfactory of our users was over and beyond the call of duty. A true business partner will to do what it takes to get the job done!
