The UI/UX isn't as good as competitors like Dripify. You have to copy and paste a great deal to get campaigns going (i.e. not the strongest LinkedIn integration), and you can't demo the product with a team so you can't evaluate it well against the competition. Support and sales also seem like pretty disconnected groups so it's hard to get clear answers unless the answer is already in a knowledgebase they can send you to, for you to try and figure things out yourself. HubSpot integration is great, but appears to be a bit glitchy and will clone your connections on occasion. Also, if you're trying to sell on any other platform than LinkedIn, you won't find much value in the product. Other than that, there aren't any other cons to this purchase.
