With Kennect's help, we have eliminated the need for shadow accounting by Sales Managers for their and team’s incentive calculations. It also provides us with real-time performance visibility for each individual and ties that with their earnings which in turn helps them understand their gaps and where they need to focus more to maximize their earnings.

The platform is quite flexible and adaptive. It can accommodate complex scenarios and plans that may differ even at an individual level. I particularly like their query management module that enables the reps to raise queries from within the app itself and also provides the management with the context of that particular query. The non-technical scenario builder makes it convenient to build scenarios by ourselves without needing any help. Their support team usually answers the queries in the decided windows.
