The best things about BMS is how easy it is to use even though it has a lot of granular options. Somehow the developers / designers were able to cater to both needs in a very productive way. My team is able to work on tickets very quickly, while I keep track of the important billable hour tickets and flat rate charges. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing else comes close to being as easy to provide the tight management needed to successfully run an MSP. It can be done with other products, but not as well, as intuitively nor as affordability as BMS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
