What do you like best about Spanning Backup?

It is simple to select which accounts should be backed up and quick license type each should have. Spanning also automatically adds new accounts from M365 so new employees are included in our backups without interaction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Spanning Backup?

Update: The service would not let us restore a large folder or a full account. Cancellation and refund process has been going on for many months.

I would like to see more parts of M365 backed up. Most of the data is backed up but they are still working on certain features. I would also like the full path for files that can't be backed up so that I can research the error messages without a support ticket. I would also like a percent complete indicator to see how long the backup will take. We had an initial backup that took over 30 days to complete. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Datto SaaS Protection solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ensuring our clients that they don't just have a OneDrive backup of their data but they have all the tenant data available for either one year retention or infinite. They can always depend on the fact their data is there. Users leave and get converted to shared mailboxes and suddenly the client wants the onedrive data. What do you like best about Dark Web ID?

The proactive approach to threat detection that Dark Web ID provides is one of its biggest benefits. We can keep ahead of possible attacks by constantly scanning the dark web for credentials that have been compromised.

The real time alerts are very helpful as they allow for quick incident response.

False positives can happen, which could result in pointless alerts and possible resources waste .

Not all compromised data will be found because the Dark web is a dynamic environment.

What do you like best about SaaS Alerts?

Several times SaaSAlerts Respond has been faster at stopping an attack than our MDR endpoint (integrated into 365) and our email security tool. Every minute counts with BEC. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about BullPhish ID?

We use it for all the work-flows you would expect: Phishing attach simulation and security training. It is easier to setup and use than all previous products I have used in this space - and I've used several of the popular ones. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BullPhish ID?

No real complaints. I do feel as though having the training campaigns organized into course runs on various topics (for instance, where I can say "Let's do passwords for the next 4 weeks" with a single click) would be a great add-on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Spanning Backup?

Nothing! Its a product thats riddled with bugs, does not work 1/2 the time! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Spanning Backup?

The interface is riddled with issues.

The displayed time does not reflect local time and users are asked to figure out what time zone it is in by reading documentation etc to figure out what data center and timezone thats in.

Parts of the UI show users licensed and others say it's not.

The section that says problems found, shows a generic error code, that makes no sense or points to a problem or a solution or allows a user to take action.

The support team are baffled by the product and how badly things work as well.

Events don't have information on what user action was taken on, i.e let's say a user was provisioned with a license, it would say the license was issued to a user, but not who it was etc.

there is text, that has zero value! meaningless data! The product feels like it was built by amateurs who had zero care about how it works and how admins use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
