What do you like best about Kapta?

Kapta offers a simple but effective way to manage customer opportunities and customer contracts. By tracking customer health, you are able to effectively manage key client profiles and account planning. Kapta adds flexibility and customization with defined fields. I find Kapta to be well suited for learning more about customer behavior, including Voice of Customer and SWOT planning.

What do you like best about Kapta?

Our clients are large media companies, which are complex organizations with stakeholders around the world. We use Kapta to identify key stakeholders at our clients, track executive level relationships, and make sure that we are operating as a true strategic parent for our customers. Kapta provides us with a clear roadmap for how to engage with our customers, including a detailed and action-oriented account plan.

As CEO, I am able to quickly see where we stand with all of our clients, what relationships need attention, and how we are positioned for growth and success. We also use the Product Whitespace Analysis module to see which customers are using our full suite of products and services.

We have Kapta integrated with our Salesforce CRM to make best use of our existing technology investments.

What do you dislike about Kapta?

What do you like best about Kapta?

The platform provides a great overall view of client health across the agency and enables a good understanding of the strategic growth plans in place across our client accounts.

The Opportunities part would be more useful if it included dates in the overall view, so it's easy for leadership to see what needs updating (the expected close date has passed), what's coming up in the current month and months ahead. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Kapta?

Gives me a great snapshot of clients with actionable next steps - I love being able to refer back to notes against each client contact, and Kapta can give me a nudge if I haven't reached out within a certain timeframe. What do you dislike about Kapta?

Sometimes there are a few UX niggles (minor), but Kapta are quick to respond and fix - they really listen to what you'd like to see. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you are struggling with consistency within your Sales Team for Account Plans then this is a great tool. I would also recommend for Senior Execs who want a 'snapshot' of the account - the UX makes it very easy to find high level information very easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Kapta?

Kapta is a great tool that benefited our company. The most beneficial functions of the Kapta system were the contacts, contracts, and notes section. Our team was able to see in real time what are clients were dealing with and we were able to act on that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kapta?

The only downside to Kapta at this time is there is no app function. It would be a lot easier to implement information from the click of a button on your phone. With everyone being on their phone, having an app would go a long way to Kapta's success. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Kapta?

It's a streamlined and intuitive CRM that emphasizes the most impactful pieces of key account management. I've found that reps are more willing to fill out each piece of information at the contact/account-level with how these objects are presented; you never feel overwhelmed with unnecessary features.
